we have always been darwinian but now we're experience global warning
so more species are at risk but the good news is new ones may be
evolving.

as it relates to a plan, we are working on it. it's not as if the
leaders of the production community were unaware of the problems, it
was the speed that in occurred brought on my the recession.

when you ask who has the power, it is not one individual it is a
group. creating consensus amongst a group of competitors is obviously
difficult. i believe for the first time there is enough joint self
interest to achieve meaningful vision and action. stay tuned.

remember the sag strike - a few years back - does anyone remember how it finished ....after 6
months of striking it finally finished - why - because sag announced to the world "boycott p&g
products" there were pictures all over the newspapers of sag actors throwing away p&g products. they set up big garbage bins and people threw in all their choloroxs etc. etc......

the day after or that week sag went back to work.

P&G big business but they hate bad publicity - perhaps there is something smart aicp can come up with to put these thieves in their place. It has to involve showing them up and ultimately pointing out their unfairness to the worker in the usa.

i know this is not the way you all want to conduct business but sitting back and being "oh so diplomatic" sometimes just doesnt work ...you have to take the bull by the horns and be creative.

perhaps some smart videos on youtube similar to will ferrells "public option" video?
just a thought - i could cast it ?

All of this visionary speak is very inspiring. But what the hell is the plan? Who has the power to stand up and define anything?

It seems to me that the next 2 years will be very darwinian and the industry will weed out anyone not strong enough to make it through the transition from shovel-fulls of cash, to teaspoons.
